WQDE/WQ-SE Stainless Steel Sewage Pump
Product Introduction
- The WQ(DE)-SE series fully stainless steel precision cast sewage submersible electric pump adopts a unique single or double-channel impeller structure, greatly improving the ability to pass sewage.
Depending on the product model, it can pass fibers with a diameter up to 5 times the pump’s outlet size. - It utilizes a fluorine rubber double-end mechanical seal and a radial O-ring seal, effectively sealing and protecting against harsh environmental liquids.
- The pump shell is precision cast, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, and does not require a pump room. It can work by submerging it in water, reducing project costs.
- The electric pump is equipped with overheating and current protectors to prevent motor overload
and heating. - Corrosion-resistant cables, Teflon mechanical seals, and component configurations for high- temperature liquids can be customized according to customer requirements.
Usage Scenarios
It is suitable for various applications including building management, hospitals, residential communities, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory drainage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, seawater, brackish water, and general corrosive media containing solid particles, long-fiber wastewater, and sewage.
