VNE Stainless Steel Submersible Pump
Product Introduction
VNE series stainless steel sewage pump is a vertical submersible pump made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. It features a vortex-type bottom suction structure and a unique overflow design, providing a wide and efficient operating range without overload, ensuring thorough drainage. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, construction sites, aquaculture, beverages, seawater, and the transportation of generally corrosive media with physical properties similar to water (with a diameter not exceeding 10 millimeters). The motor is equipped with a thermal protector, automatically cutting off the power in case of overheating or excessive current, ensuring the safety and reliability of the pump in harsh environments.
Conditions of Use
- The water should submerge the pump (occasional exposure of half of the motor is acceptable, but not for extended periods).
- The temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed 40°C.
- The maximum density of the conveyed medium is 1.2 1000 kg/m3.
- It can pump weakly acidic or weakly alkaline liquids with a pH range of 2-12.
