The NLE blowdown pump is a single-stage, single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. Its main components include the volute, impeller, pump base, pump casing, support sleeve, motor base, and electric motor. The volute, pump base, motor base, and impeller nut are cast from cast iron, providing good corrosion resistance and ease of processing. The impeller consists of three single-curved blades, using a semi-closed impeller made of forgeable cast iron for high strength, corrosion resistance, easy processing, good passage, and high efficiency.

To reduce weight and machining requirements, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel cold-drawn round steel. The pump base is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the service life of the shaft. The ML mud pump can be used vertically or inclined, occupying a small footprint, and the volute needs to be submerged in the working medium. It is easy to start without the need for water priming. The rotational direction should be clockwise when viewed from the motor end. Various specifications of the overall length are available for selection based on specific purposes and site conditions.
