WQXE High-Lift Sewage Pump
Product Introduction
The WQXE high-head engineering sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: the water pump, the seal, and the electric motor. The electric motor is located at the top of the pump and can be either a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is situated below the electric motor and features a centrifugal impeller and volute structure.
A double-end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the electric motor, and each fixed stop seal employs an “O”-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal for static sealing.
Usage Scenarios
Due to its small size and light weight, this series of electric pumps is particularly suitable for a wide range of applications, including well water pumping, farmland drainage, garden irrigation, domestic water supply in rural areas, as well as drainage in industrial settings, construction water supply and drainage, and aquaculture.
Condition of Use
Operating Conditions for the Electric Pump:
1.The working medium is non-corrosive clear water, with a volume ratio of sand not exceeding 0.10% and a particle size not greater than 0.20 mm.
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.
3. The electric pump should be used within the specified head range.
4. The electric pump should be fully immersed in water. The maximum submersion depth is not more than 5 meters. The pump should be at least 0.5 meters above the water bottom, but should not be buried in the mud.
5. The power supply frequency is 50 Hz, the voltage for single-phase is 220V, for three-phase is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
