ZXE Self Priming Clean Pump
Product Introduction
The ZXE series self-priming pump produced by our unit is an energy-saving pump product developed based on relevant domestic and international technical information through absorption, digestion, and improvement. This pump belongs to the self-priming centrifugal pump category, featuring a compact structure, convenient operation, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming capability. It does not require the installation of a foot valve in the pipeline, and before operation, it only needs to ensure that there is a certain amount of liquid in the pump body. This simplifies the pipeline system and improves working conditions.
Conditions of Use
- Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling, and more.
- When equipped with a rocker arm nozzle, it can spray water into the air, dispersing it into fine droplets for misting. It is an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.
- Applicable to clean water, seawater, as well as chemical liquids with acidity or alkalinity, and slurries with general viscosity (medium viscosity ≤100 centipoise, solid content up to 30% or less).
- Can be used in conjunction with any model or specification of filter press, making it the ideal pump for feeding the slurry to the filter press for optimal filtration.
